LEMON SLICES 
Combine and press into 9 x 13 inch pan.

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. 10x sugar

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Beat:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. lemon juice
Rind of 1 lemon

Sift into egg mixture and fold in:

4 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. 10x sugar

Pour over baked crust. Return to oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle with 10x sugar and slice when cold.
