EASY STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 qt. fresh strawberries
8 c. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
Paraffin

Slowly warm strawberries until the juice is oil. Add vinegar and sugar; boil steadily for 18 minutes. Set aside for 24 hours in glass bowl. Stir now and then. Put up cold and cover with melted paraffin. DO ONLY 2 quarts at a time.
