BAKED CAULIFLOWER | |
1 med. head cauliflower 1 c. water 1 tsp. salt 1 lb. can tomatoes 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. oregano Wash cauliflower and break into flowerettes. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes, drain. Arrange in a baking dish. Combine tomatoes with eggs and pour over cauliflower. Spoon soup over tomatoes. Sprinkle cheese and oregano over soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. |
