LIME JELLO SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 regular size container Cool Whip
Nuts, chopped (optional)
Cherries (optional)

Dissolve 2 packages of lime Jello in 1 cup hot water. Add 1 large can of crushed pineapple with juice. Refrigerate until thickened (syrupy). Mix in 1 large package of softened cream cheese. Beat to smooth. Add Cool Whip. Add chopped nuts, if desired and cherries for color.
