PARMESAN STEAKS 
1/2 box bread crumbs, plain or Italian
2/3 box (lg.) Parmesan cheese, mix with crumbs

Cut up desired amount of round steak or venison steak. Beat 2 eggs. Dip steaks in egg mixture. Brown steaks in olive oil slowly. Put in casserole dish. Make gravy with drippings adding chipped onions, bell pepper and celery to taste. Pour over steak. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
