BAKED SCALLOPS FOR TWO 
3/4 lb. Cape scallops
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 c. white wine (Chablis)
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Place rinsed scallops in baking dish. Pour melted butter and wine over them. Sprinkle crumbs over scallops, and sprinkle cheese over crumbs. Bake 20 minutes in 400 degree oven.
