RED HOT JELLO 
2 sm. pkgs. red Jello (strawberry is good)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. red hots
1 c. chopped raw apples
1 c. chopped celery
1 can crushed pineapple, juice and all
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Dissolve red hots in boiling water, add Jello and stir until dissolved. Add crushed pineapple to cool mixture and add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until firm and set.
