RED - HOT JELLO 
3 c. red hots
2 lg. apples, unpeeled
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon Jello (save half for later)
1 pkg. cherry Jello (save half for later)
6 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. coffee cream
1 tsp. salt

Combine red hots, water, and Jello's. Add apples; let set until firm. Whip remaining ingredients, pour over Jello; then add other 1/2 of Jello.
