GRANDMA LOIS'S CHICKEN ENCHILADA

1 whole chicken
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can beef bouillon soup or 1 bouillon cube, dissolved in a cup of hot water
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can green chili peppers, chopped
1 (10-12 count) pkg. corn tortillas

Cook chicken, bone and chop; brown onions and combine with soup. Blend well. Place in greased baking dish in layers, beginning with tortillas, chicken, soup mixtures and grated cheese. Repeat layers until all is used. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Can be frozen until ready to bake.
