GRANDMA MAMIE'S CHICKEN LOAF 
1 lg. chicken (3 lb.)
2 env. unflavored gelatin
Vinegar
Sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 c. chicken broth

Boil chicken and let cool in broth. Remove grease. Reserve broth. Bone chicken and cut into small pieces, may use small bits of skin if you desire. Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. To 2 1/2 cups chicken broth add 4 tablespoons vinegar, 2 teaspoons sugar and 1 teaspoon salt. Add chicken pieces and mix well. Pour into a loaf pan and refrigerate until solid. Slice and serve.
