GRANDMA'S LEMON CHICKEN 
1 chicken (cut into parts)
Fresh lemon juice or bottled
1 onion
Bread crumbs
Salt, pepper & garlic to taste

Marinade chicken in lemon juice overnight or from morning until ready to cook. Place lemon juice and chicken in pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs over chicken. Place cut onions over chicken and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Sprinkle with oil. Place in oven for 1 hour (or until brown) at 350 degrees. DO NOT TURN CHICKEN OVER.
