EPIC BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
Tastes just like you're drinking a peanut butter and jelly sandwich!!!

PER SERVING:

2 cups frozen fruit (I used a berry medely from Walmart)
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 cup low-fat or skim milk

Put the frozen fruit in a dish and let it thaw for 30 minutes.

Once the 30 minutes are up, put all of the ingredients into a blender and set to a low setting until ingredients mix, then set it to a smoothie setting for about 20 seconds.

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
