CHERRY CAKE 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients and pour into 2 greased and floured cake pans.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.

No Cook Frosting:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour
2 to 3 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1/2 c. shortening

Heat sugar and milk on low temperature until sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally. Do not boil, then cool. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until thick.
