With all the positive reviews I'm going to try this tonite! It's baking right now! I took the skin off (bummer; but trying real hard to lose weight) & didn't use flour. Hopefully it'll still be moist & tender.

I'm trying this recipe tonight for my sons who only want to eat drumsticks... And I am a vegetarian. So this question may sound dumb, but does the chicken need to be thawed or can I do it frozen?

 Cindy (Pennsylvania) replies:
Rachel, yes the chicken has to be thawed first. I am back again looking for additional variations to this recipe for tonight's dinner. It is always tasty!

Awesome!! I'm not an experienced chef haha, but I whipped this up and it tastes like I am. So good for dinner on the fly, and for people who don't know their way around the kitchen.

Just made this for my family and my roommate. They LOVE it! As well as I did! Excellent recipe. I added a little bit of Parmesan cheese into the flour mix and garlic salt into the butter and a little bit of lime juice. Gave it a cheesy yet zesty flavor. Deeeelicious!
