1 pound can unseasoned black beans, undrained 1 package brownie mix Puree black beans in a food processor and add to brownie mix. Blend well. Add no other ingredients. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until firm. Brownies will be fudgy. Submitted by: L. Exley | |

I know this sounds weird, but truly, these are great brownies! I've made them several times and my children have NEVER noticed. The brownies turn out nice and chewy, and I have either dusted some powdered sugar on top, or popped open a can of chocolate frosting and put a thin layer on top. Adds some fiber, takes out the fat, and makes for moist brownies. Great surprise!
