JUDY'S GOURMET WALNUT &
CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES!
 
3/4 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
4-6 tbsp. cocoa (the more the richer the brownies)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup canola oil (is best)
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) bag chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together dry ingredients and wet ingredients separate, and then blend them all together. Grease a 8x8 or 9x9-inch round or square cake pan only. Put brownie mix into greased pan and sprinkle with walnuts and chocolate chips all over the top.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
