CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
Confectioners sugar
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jell-O instant pudding
1 c. milk
2 c. Cool Whip

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to a boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat, about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs all at one time, continue beating until smooth.

Drop dough by scant 1/4-cupful 3-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 35-40 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool away from draft.

Cut off tops; pull out any filament of soft dough. Fill puffs with pudding, replace top, and dust with confectioners sugar.

Blend 1 package pudding and milk on low speed; add Cool Whip. Beat about 2 minutes until soft peaks form.
