POOR MAN'S STROGANOFF 
1/2 lb. stew beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup
1 lb. medium noodles

Cook meat adding salt until meat is soft. Usually about 2-quarts of water is needed. When meat is done, add noodles and cook until noodles are done. Water should be almost cooked away. (If there is too much water, drain.) Add mushroom soup (undiluted). Stir until mixed thoroughly. Simmer on low heat about 15 minutes. Serves four.
