1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 med. onion, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients. Spread on French bread or hamburger buns. Place on cookie sheet and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
