2 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c. whole bran cereal
2/3 c. Tree Top apple juice
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 egg
1 c. chopped pared apple
1/4 c. raisins

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inch or line with paper baking cups.

Mix all ingredients except apple and raisins; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Fold in apple and raisins. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake until light brown, 21-23 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.

Yield: 12 muffins.
