COMPANY CHICKEN 
6 whole chicken breasts or one fryer, skinned and cooked
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1/4 lb. butter

Place chicken pieces in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix together in saucepan the sour cream, soup and butter. Heat until creamy. Add poppy seed and pour over chicken. Cover with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
