COMPANY SUPPER CHICKEN | |
5 whole chicken breasts, deboned & cut in 1/2 2 pkgs. chipped beef 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 lb. med. or thick sliced bacon Divide beef into 10 piles in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Take 1 strip of uncooked bacon, roll tightly around chicken and place on piles of chipped beef. Mix together sour cream and soup and pour over chicken. Pepper lightly and cover with foil. Marinate in refrigerator. Take out of refrigerator at least 1 hour before baking. Bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 3 hours. |
