ONE-POT CHICKEN SUPPER 
2 lb. chicken parts
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. butter
1 can Campbell's Beef Broth
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. rice
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas

1. In large pan, brown chicken with garlic in butter.

2. Add soups, water, oregano, salt and pepper.

3. Cover; simmer 20 minutes.

4. Add rice and peas. Cook 25 minutes or until tender. Stir now and then.
