MYSTERY PECAN PIE 
1 deep dish pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1/2-1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. dark Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon salt until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Blend 3 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and Karo syrup. Spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle pecans on top. Pour syrup mixture on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes until center is set.
