MYSTERY PECAN PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 (9 inch) pie crust, unbaked
1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. light or dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and dash of salt until thick and creamy; spread on bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle pecans over cheese filling.

Beat remaining eggs, then add 1/2 cup sugar, corn syrup and vanilla; beat until well blended. Pour mixture over pecans.

Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until center is firm. Good luck and good eating.
