MYSTERY CHEESECAKE PIE 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
1 c. pecan halves
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
1/4 tsp. vanilla

In small bowl combine cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until mixture is light and fluffy. Spread over bottom of unbaked pastry shell. Arrange pecans halve atop with whipped cream cheese mixture. In bowl combine the 2 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, corn syrup, maple flavoring and vanilla. Mix well. Carefully pour over pecans. Bake in 375 degree oven 40 to 45 minutes or until done., Serves 6 to 8.
