SAUSAGE & PEPPERS | |
1 lb. smoked sausage cut in 2" chunks 2 tbsp. water 2 lg. green peppers, cut in 1/2 strips 1 med. onion, sliced & separated into rings 1/2 c. water 1 can tomato soup In 10 inch skillet cook and cover sausage on medium heat until heated thoroughly. Add peppers and onions. Cook until tender. Pour off fat. Stir in tomato soup. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve hot. |
