BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. chicken, cooked
2 c. celery, diced
1 tsp. onion, minced
2 pimentos, cut up
4 eggs, hard cooked & diced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 c. potato chips, crushed
2/3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Combine first 9 ingredients. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Chill several hours or overnight.

Mix chips and cheese, sprinkle on top and bake.
