SEVEN LAYER SALAD 
1/2 to whole head lettuce, torn into sm. pieces
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 sm. purple onion, sliced and divided into rings
1 (17 oz.) can Le Seur peas, drained
1 1/2 c. JFG mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Grated Parmesan cheese
Bacos

In a large bowl, layer the vegetables in the order listed. Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the top. Sprinkle the salad with the remaining ingredients in the order listed. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
