2 pkg. frozen corn, 10 oz. size
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. flour

Combine first 6 ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and careful not to scotch. Blend flour into melted butter. Add to corn and mix well until it thickens. Serves 8.
