6 oz. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine and melt over hot (not boiling) water, chocolate chips, and butter. Add sugar and milk, stir until smooth. Remove from heat, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Serve hot or cold. Great over ice cream.
