CHOCOLATE:

1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. box milk chocolate pudding mix
3 tbsp. butter (best with butter)

Mix sugar and pudding mix in saucepan. Add milk. Cook over medium heat. Bring to boil. Let boil about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Test a drop or two in a cup of cold water. The fudge is ready to set off heat if the drop makes a smooth ball in the water. After setting off heat, add vanilla and butter. Let sit for a few minutes. Then beat until almost stiff. Pour into greased pan.
