BROCCOLI & CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. broccoli
3 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. shredded Velveeta
1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter, melted

Cook broccoli as directed. Layer in bottom of greased baking dish. Layer chicken next. Combine soup, broth, mayo, sour cream, 1/2 of Velveeta and all of Mozzarella to make soup mixture and pour on top of chicken and broccoli. Top with other half cheese and combine crumbs and butter and crumble those over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
