HOT CLAM DIP 
2 (8 oz.) cans minced clams with juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together. Simmer for 15 minutes. 1 med. onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1/4 tsp. red hot pepper Paprika 1/2 c. bread crumbs (unflavored)

Saute together butter, onion, garlic, oregano, parsley flakes, and red hot pepper. After sauteed, add clams with juice to above mixture and add 1/2 cup unflavored bread crumbs. Put in small baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot on crackers.
