DIP STICKS 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. unrefined safflower oil
2 c. wheat germ
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. sea salt
Sesame or caraway seeds

Mix and knead all ingredients together except the seeds. Roll dough out to 1/4 inch thick and cut into narrow sticks about 5 inches long. Place on an oiled cookie sheet. Sprinkle some of the sticks with sesame seeds and some with caraway. You may add the seed right into the dough. Bake until golden brown at 350 degrees. These are great with dips such as the easy guacamole dip.
