1 box Nilla Wafers
1 sm. jar peanut butter
2 (16 oz.) bags semi-sweet or milk chocolate
Approx. 40 popsicle sticks

Optional: You may dip cookies in vanilla or butterscotch chips or anything you creatively come up with.

Spread peanut butter on 2 Nilla Wafers. Sandwich 2 cookies together with a popsicle stick in the middle. Melt chocolate in microwave in a deep narrow bowl. Dip cookies on sticks into chocolate and place on waxed paper. Refrigerate for a few minutes until chocolate sets and hardens. Repeat until desired number of cookies are made.
