COLE SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded
2 med. carrots, shredded
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

In a large bowl toss together the cabbage, carrots and green pepper. For dressing in another bowl, stir together Miracle Whip, sugar and vinegar. Spoon dressing over the cabbage mixture; toss. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 8 cups cole slaw. NOTE: Chopped sweet red pepper, 1/4 cups snipped chives can be added for more color. For a little extra zip, add 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoons ground red pepper to dressing.
