FRIED ZUCCHINI 
1 med. size zucchini
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. garlic powder/salt
Dash of salt (optional)
Dash of pepper
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. butter

Slice medium size zucchini into semi-thick slices after being prewashed. Mix flour, garlic powder/salt, pepper and any other favorite seasoning spice to taste. In separate container crack 2 eggs with 1/4 cup milk and whip. Dip zucchini slices in egg mix then bread with flour mixture and cook in preheated skillet with 2 teaspoons melted butter. Cook on medium heat until light golden brown; flip and cook opposite side until light golden brown and zucchini is soft.
