1 med. squash 1 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 c. buttermilk Flour Dash pepper Cut squash into 4 inch long strips. Beat egg and add salt, pepper and buttermilk. Dip squash in this mixture, then coat with flour. Fry in hot cooking oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve while warm. |
