FRENCH FRIED ZUCCHINI 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. beer

Mix in blender, let stand 3 hours. Cut zucchini in small strips, 1/2 inch. 3/4 cup flour, salt and pepper to taste. Roll 1/2 strips in flour dip into batter. Deep fry. Drain on paper towel.
