INDIAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
16 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs, beaten

Mix dry ingredients together. Then pineapple, then eggs. Bake in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING WITH CREAM CHEESE:

While baking cake, combine:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Beat until creamy. Pour over hot cake.
