MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine vanilla, butter and 1 tablespoon water in sauce pan. Heat until butter melts. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl. Stir in butter mixture; mix well. Shape into balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 360 degrees for 20 minutes. Roll warm cookies in additional confectioner's sugar.
