MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, include liquid

Mix all ingredients in 1 bowl with spoon. Pour into 13 x 9 x 1 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together.
