2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, including juice 1 c. nuts, chopped Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes. FROSTING: 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 box powdered sugar 2 tbsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts, chopped Cream cheese and butter until creamy, then add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts; mix well. |
