MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 lb. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. crushed nuts
About 3 1/2 c. flour

Soften butter. Add powdered sugar, nuts, and flour. Shape in balls or crescents. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm. These freeze well. Makes 6-7 dozen.
