MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 can English peas, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 sm. onions, diced
1 sm. can pimentos, diced
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Combine vegetables. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, water and pepper. Pour mixture over vegetables and mix well. Marinate 24 hours. Drain and serve. Serves 10 to 12.
