STRAWBERRY NUT SALAD 
2 pkgs. strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) frozen sliced strawberries (thawed)
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
3 med. bananas (mashed)
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
2 pts. sour cream

12x8x2 baking dish.

Combine boiling water with gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Fold in (all at once) strawberries with juice, drained pineapple, bananas and walnuts.

Turn half of strawberry mixture into dish as first layer. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 1/2 hours. Evenly spread top with sour cream. Spoon on rest of strawberry mixture. Refrigerate. Serve on lettuce.
