STRAWBERRY NUT SALAD | |
2 pkg. strawberry gelatin 1 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, sliced 1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple, drained 3 med. bananas, sliced 1 c. nuts, chopped 1 pt. sour cream Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Fold in strawberries. Mix pineapple, bananas and nuts; add to gelatin. Pour half of mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill until firm. Spread with sour cream. Pour remaining mixture over sour cream. Refrigerate until congealed and ready to serve. Yield 12 servings. |
