LOW FAT BAKED CHICKEN 
12 chicken thighs removed from skin
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll chicken thighs in flour, pepper, salt, paprika and poultry seasoning mixture.

Place chicken thighs on 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Add enough water to almost cover chicken thighs. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
