NO CRUST COCONUT PIES 
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3/4 sticks butter, melted
3/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. coconut

Combine all ingredients in large bowl; stir until well mixed. Grease two 9 inch pie plates. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
